What are the minimum requirements for testing?

    The applicant must hold a current and valid reciprocal level LAC, CAC or RAC with the ADRA or another practice credential with the added ADC or AADC credential through LASACT CEB.   

    Has successfully completed and able to show documentation of 10,000 hours of Addiction Counseling experience.   

    4,000 hours of which must be in a supervisory position to individuals working in Addiction Counseling field. 200 hours of face-to-face clinical supervision is required of which up to 100 hours may be preformed electronically in real time.
